Research Engineer
Lead the design and implementation of robust DNN‑based speech enhancement algorithms for automotive and related domains, building scalable training pipelines, delivering proof‑of‑concepts, and driving production integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize deep neural network models for real‑time speech enhancement in automotive, healthcare, robotics, and home entertainment applications.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, training frameworks, and evaluation tools on Linux/CUDA platforms.
- Create proof‑of‑concepts and technical demos to support business development and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into production‑ready software stacks and embedded hardware.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art speech processing research and incorporate emerging techniques into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on signal processing or machine learning.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing DNN‑based speech enhancement or audio signal processing solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with strong CUDA programming skills.
- Experience building scalable training and evaluation pipelines on Linux environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering research prototypes to production.
