Senior Repair Operations Supervisor, 2nd Shift Onsite

As a Senior Repair Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and engineers in a fast-paced repair environment. You will oversee the daily operations of the repair floor, ensuring that production is met, and quality standards are maintained. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a repair or manufacturing environment

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
