Senior Remote and Autonomous Systems Product Support Analyst - Booz Allen Hamilton

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end product support for remote and autonomous systems, overseeing logistics, maintenance, and sustainment throughout the system lifecycle.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, forecast supply needs, and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, acquisition, and mission teams to translate national security requirements into actionable logistics plans.
• Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools that enable real‑time visibility of system health and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain required clearance levels while handling classified information.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, product support, or systems analysis for defense or aerospace programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of remote and autonomous system architectures and lifecycle management processes.
• Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) and experience working with classified material.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
