About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the reliability of the entire digital commerce stack, from storefront experience to order lifecycle and integrations.
- Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) to detect and prevent incidents before they impact customers.
- Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis, and post‑mortem processes to continuously improve system resilience.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed reliability best practices into development lifecycles.
- Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C storefronts and associated services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or SRE roles within e‑commerce or large web platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture, B2C Commerce, and related integrations.
- Proficiency with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar) and incident management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of driving performance improvements and reducing MTTR.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross‑functional teams.
