Lead end‑to‑end software release lifecycle for autonomous driving and SDV features, driving continuous improvement of release processes, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional collaboration using cloud and OTA technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end software release process for autonomous driving, SDV features, and cloud‑connected services.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to plan, schedule, and track releases, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Build and maintain release systems, automate workflows, and implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact release schedules or quality, establishing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Define and refine standard release processes, tailoring them to product characteristics and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for release maturity and efficiency, and enforce release policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex software releases in automotive or related high‑reliability domains.
- Strong knowledge of OTA update mechanisms, SDV architecture, and cloud‑based deployment.
- Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD tools, version control, and release automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements.
