About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical models for real‑world data (RWD) studies.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and machine learning to generate evidence supporting clinical and commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define study objectives, data requirements, and deliverables.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, programming, or analytics within life sciences or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.
- Strong background in machine learning, statistical methods, and real‑world evidence methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
