Lead the design and implementation of high‑performance web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling, while establishing standards and mentoring a team of developers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the frontend architecture for multiple web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop reusable, type‑safe UI components with React, TypeScript, and state management solutions such as Redux.
- Integrate APIs using GraphQL and REST, and optimize data flow for responsive user experiences.
- Implement build pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest), and CI/CD processes to guarantee high code quality and rapid delivery.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building complex web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint) and automated testing.
- Proven experience with state management (Redux, Context API) and API integration (GraphQL, REST).
- Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to lead technical discussions, and a passion for mentoring teams.
