Senior R&D Test Engineer responsible for designing, executing, and automating tests on AI‑powered counter‑drone systems, ensuring reliability and performance across embedded platforms and UAV environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for embedded AI modules using Python and C++.
- Design and execute functional, performance, and integration tests on low‑power counter‑drone hardware.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and AI teams to troubleshoot failures and improve test coverage.
- Implement continuous integration pipelines and report metrics to drive product quality.
- Document test plans, results, and defect tracking in a structured manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years of test engineering experience in embedded or aerospace domains.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their deployment on edge devices.
- Experience with UAV or RF systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
