About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate radar hardware and software for advanced surface navy and land‑based missile defense sensor systems.
- Perform signal processing, modeling, and simulation to evaluate system performance in complex operational environments.
- Develop and maintain analysis tools and algorithms using MATLAB, Python, and C++.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate mission requirements into technical specifications and test plans.
- Lead verification, validation, and field testing activities, ensuring compliance with defense standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in radar system engineering, signal processing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for data analysis and algorithm development; experience with C++ is a plus.
- Strong background in modeling and simulation of radar performance and sensor integration.
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, mission‑focused environments and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- U.S. security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain one.
