Lead the design, integration, and validation of high‑performance rack‑level hardware platforms, driving innovation in AI, data center, and gaming systems using advanced PCB, FPGA, and thermal solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate rack‑level hardware platforms for next‑generation AI and data center products.
- Develop and maintain high‑density PCB layouts, ensuring signal integrity, power delivery, and thermal performance.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, and system teams to integrate FPGA and ASIC components into rack assemblies.
- Lead thermal analysis, airflow design, and cooling solution implementation to meet stringent performance targets.
- Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, test procedures, and quality metrics.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of hardware design experience.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence) and FPGA development (Verilog/VHDL).
- Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management for high‑density systems.
- Experience with rack‑mount hardware integration, including mechanical design and compliance testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
