Senior Quant AI Developer responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI‑driven quantitative models and analytics to support trading, structuring, and sales, while delivering high‑quality tools and workflows for risk management and hedging.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced quantitative models and AI‑powered analytics for the QIS business.
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, and sales teams to translate ideas into production‑ready systems.
- Build and maintain high‑performance quantitative applications, tools, and automated workflows for risk analysis and hedging.
- Drive the transformation of the QIS calculation stack, improving speed, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance monitoring of models in live environments.
Requirements
- Strong programming expertise in Python and C++ with a focus on performance‑critical code.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques applied to quantitative finance.
- Experience developing, validating, and deploying quantitative models for trading, risk, or pricing.
- Proven ability to work closely with front‑office stakeholders and translate business concepts into technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, data analysis, and financial instruments.
