About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web and API services using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback and release readiness.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA peers in Agile ceremonies to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex defects, driving root‑cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Continuously improve testing processes, metrics, and tooling to increase coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software test automation, preferably in financial‑risk or compliance domains.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python, with hands‑on experience using Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, test‑driven development, and defect‑tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to solve complex testing challenges.
