About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts from detailed requirement documents and user stories.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using industry‑standard tools.
- Track and manage defects from identification through resolution, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to validate functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tooling, and documentation to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in a complex IT environment.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and scripting languages (Java, Python).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into testable scenarios.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with issue tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps) and continuous integration pipelines.
