About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and related frameworks to cover functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with product requirements.
- Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and document defects in JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and quality metrics tracking.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, tooling, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on test strategy, automation techniques, and industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in software development environments.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, test automation frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Strong knowledge of test management tools, especially JIRA, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
