Lead quality engineering for data‑analytics and AI solutions, ensuring robust testing, automation, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for data‑analytics and AI pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers and product owners to define quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, integration, performance and security tests on large datasets and machine‑learning models.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in data‑centric or AI projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL databases.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., pytest, Selenium, or similar).
- Knowledge of machine‑learning workflows and data‑quality concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
