About the role
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at RTX. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures
- Collaborating with software development teams to ensure high-quality products
- Designing and executing testing strategies to validate product functionality
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicating quality metrics and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS
- Experience with machine learning and data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
