QA Engineer
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Java, driving quality and efficiency across the property technology stack.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Python, and Java.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ensuring rapid feedback and reliable releases.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, coverage, and performance benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering, preferably in a SaaS or property tech environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG or similar frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering high‑quality software.
