Lead the senior leadership team in defining and executing a site-wide quality strategy, driving continuous improvement, compliance, and high‑quality product delivery using ISO, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the site quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 and industry regulations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean tools.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are identified, tracked, and closed effectively.
- Mentor and develop quality engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Analyze product and process data to identify root causes of non‑conformances and implement preventive actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Black Belt or higher), and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
