About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end quality for internal and external mobile applications during platform migration.
- Design and evolve comprehensive test strategy, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
- Build and maintain a robust automated test suite using Appium, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze production telemetry to detect, verify, and triage issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
- Advocate for the customer experience, collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile QA experience, with deep knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium) and CI/CD integration.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with telemetry/monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
