QA Engineer
Senior QA Engineer leading the design and execution of quality control systems, performing data‑driven analysis, and driving continuous improvement using ISO standards and test automation tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve quality standards, procedures, and documentation aligned with ISO 9001 and industry best practices.
- Conduct inspections, functional testing, and automated test execution to verify product conformance and identify defects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production and test data to uncover trends, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar quality management systems.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data‑driven problem solving.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks and equipment calibration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally to drive corrective actions.
