QA Engineer
Senior QA Engineer leading complex quality initiatives, designing and maintaining manual, automated, API and performance test suites while mentoring junior QA staff.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for multiple products.
- Build and maintain API and performance testing frameworks to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to enable continuous testing.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering best practices in modern quality engineering.
- Partner with development, product, and QA leadership to drive process improvements and raise overall software quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software quality engineering, including test automation.
- Proficiency with Selenium or similar UI automation tools and API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Experience designing performance tests and analyzing results using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to embed automated tests.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
