About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain performance test plans, scripts, and frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Execute load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Selenium, analyzing results to identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps to troubleshoot performance issues and recommend optimizations.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated regression testing and continuous monitoring.
- Document test cases, results, and performance baselines; present findings to stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on performance testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and monitoring solutions (Grafana, New Relic) is a plus.
