About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks for treasury, payments and cash‑management systems.
- Execute both automated and manual test cases for ACH, wire and RTP processing, ensuring transaction accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners and business analysts to define test strategies, acceptance criteria and defect‑resolution workflows.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, monitor test results, and drive continuous improvement of test coverage and execution speed.
- Analyze test data, generate detailed defect reports, and verify fixes in a high‑volume, mission‑critical environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in test automation for financial or treasury services applications.
- Proficiency in Java or Python and hands‑on experience with Selenium/WebDriver or similar automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of ACH, wire, RTP, and other electronic payment processing standards.
- Experience with SQL for data validation and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in banking (e.g., NACHA, ISO 20022) and ability to work in a fast‑paced, risk‑focused environment.
