About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Java to validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with developers throughout the software development lifecycle to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and ensure testability.
- Execute and troubleshoot both automated and manual test cases, reporting defects and tracking resolution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and continuous quality assurance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and help refine user stories with a quality‑first mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and related testing frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL query writing for data validation.
