Senior Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for designing, executing, and automating test plans for complex software projects, ensuring compliance with functional and design specifications using tools such as Selenium, SQL, and Python.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and design specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases, focusing on functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium and Python to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality is built into each sprint.
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, providing clear reproduction steps and working with teams to drive timely resolution.
- Generate test reports and metrics, presenting findings to stakeholders and recommending process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Python scripting, and SQL for data validation.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum development environments and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Solid understanding of API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
