About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional expert for QAD ERP, focusing on Order to Cash and Finance modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
- Lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop functional specifications, process maps, and training materials to support ongoing system enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with QAD ERP or comparable ERP platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Order to Cash and Finance processes within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven ability to configure ERP modules, create test scripts, and manage system deployments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of driving issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
