About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Write and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and report results via dashboards.
- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define test strategies and coverage.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA automation experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and test frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
