QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end quality assurance for a global media intelligence platform, driving automated test strategy, API validation, and continuous integration using Selenium, Java, and TestNG to ensure flawless product delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and API components using Selenium, Java, and TestNG.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and ensure rapid feedback loops.
- Define and enforce testing standards, best practices, and quality metrics across multiple product lines.
- Lead exploratory testing, defect analysis, and root‑cause investigations to drive product reliability.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a fast‑paced, global software environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG for automated testing.
- Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
