About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile (Android/iOS), and API-based applications.
- Implement and optimize Selenium and Appium test suites, ensuring high coverage and performance.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, using Git and build tools to enable continuous quality checks.
- Analyze test failures, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to define corrective actions.
- Mentor junior QA staff, promote best practices, and drive quality initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA automation experience with Python, Selenium, and Appium.
- Strong knowledge of API testing, RESTful services, and JSON/XML validation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
