Senior QA Engineer - SIT and Integration Testing - Weekday

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive System Integration Test (SIT) and functional test cases for enterprise applications.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman and automate API tests where applicable.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand end‑to‑end workflows and ensure test coverage of critical business processes.
• Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA, working closely with developers to drive timely resolution.
• Maintain and enhance automated test suites using Selenium and Java, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform data validation and query verification using SQL to support backend testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands‑on QA experience, with a focus on SIT, functional, and API testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
• Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and ability to create automated API tests.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA and familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Solid understanding of SQL for data verification and ability to write complex queries.
