About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for ServiceNow applications using Selenium, Java, and Python.
- Collaborate with product, development, and AI teams to define test strategies that validate AI‑driven features and integrations.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing across multiple environments, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing, integrating test suites with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide test estimates, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews for test scripts, and promote best practices in test automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on ServiceNow platform testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python for building robust automation scripts.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver, REST API testing tools, and test management systems.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, test‑driven development, and continuous testing principles.
