About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
- Execute detailed manual test cases for complex user flows and edge‑case validation.
- Build and maintain automated test suites with Selenium, JavaScript, and Python, ensuring high coverage and reliability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, providing rapid feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to define quality metrics and resolve defects.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote best practices in testing and quality culture.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of QA experience with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems (JIRA).
