Senior QA Engineer - Invaluable

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Java to validate web and mobile auction interfaces.
• Create and execute comprehensive API test cases with Postman and REST Assured, ensuring data integrity across bidding, payment, and user services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to provide rapid feedback on code changes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, coverage metrics, and defect triage processes.
• Mentor junior QA staff, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and quality culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic web application environment.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and API testing tools.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering defect‑free releases.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
