- Perform manual exploratory testing to uncover edge‑case defects and validate user experience.
- Mentor junior QA staff and guide the transition to a lead QA role as the team scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading QA teams is a plus.
