QA Engineer
Senior QA Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated and manual tests for aerospace-critical software, leveraging Selenium, TestNG, and .NET to ensure high reliability and compliance with industry standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG and C# within a .NET framework.
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated regression, integration, and performance tests on aerospace-critical applications.
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to define test plans, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring rapid feedback and continuous quality.
- Analyze defect reports, perform root cause analysis, and work with engineers to resolve issues.
- Document test cases, results, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and compliance audits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a regulated or safety-critical environment (aerospace, defense, or energy).
- Proficient in C#, .NET, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG for automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies.
