Lead end‑to‑end quality assurance for a high‑traffic design platform, driving test strategy, automation, and continuous improvement using Selenium, Java, and API testing within an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Execute comprehensive regression, integration, and API tests, ensuring defect-free releases.
- Lead test automation framework enhancements, including CI/CD integration and test data management.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test design and code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG or JUnit.
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
