Senior QA Engineer with 5–7 years of experience leading manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications, driving quality across the SDLC using Selenium, Appium, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance tests across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Appium, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify defects, track resolution, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Mentor junior QA staff, promote best practices, and continuously improve testing processes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of QA experience with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
