Senior QA Engineer with 8+ years of experience leading functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web, Windows, and API applications, leveraging Python automation with Selenium and UFT.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium for web and Windows applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, user‑acceptance, and performance tests across API, UI, and hardware reliability domains.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, create test plans, and ensure coverage of all testing phases.
- Utilize UFT for legacy automation and coordinate test execution in continuous integration pipelines.
- Analyze test results, log defects, and drive root‑cause analysis to improve product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional software quality testing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and hands‑on experience with Selenium.
- Experience with UFT, API testing tools, and performance testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and scripts.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
