About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test scripts for new features and enhancements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using the designated defect‑tracking system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) to align testing activities with development cycles.
- Perform regression testing and user acceptance testing to validate end‑to‑end functionality across multiple sites.
- Analyze test results, generate clear reports, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on manual testing experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS platforms.
- Strong proficiency in test case design, defect tracking, and test management tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile development processes and ability to work in fast‑paced sprint cycles.
- Experience writing basic SQL queries to validate data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
