About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG for web and mobile applications.
- Execute regression, functional, and performance test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements.
- Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA, collaborating closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and test strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
- Proficient in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java/Python for test automation.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing (JMeter) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
