About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and UX teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform regression testing and support release activities to maintain product quality.
- Mentor junior testers and share best practices for test automation readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manual testing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
