About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑disciplinary science and technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain high team velocity and quality.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide transparent status reporting, and drive consensus on critical decisions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive contingency plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and change logs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in science, technology, or engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM methodologies.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget.
