About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for finance technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, and drive continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate with finance, compliance, and IT stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk registers, providing transparent status updates to senior leadership.
- Champion change management and adoption of new financial systems and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in finance or technology environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and data analysis.
