Software Engineer
Lead complex engineering projects from proposal through delivery, driving scope, procurement, negotiations, and execution while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence using Agile and PMP best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage full project lifecycle, including scope definition, technical proposal sections, and procurement documents.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and progress tracking.
- Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering project management experience, preferably in infrastructure or large‑scale construction.
- PMP or equivalent certification and strong knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira) and Microsoft Office suite.
