Lead end‑to‑end data and analytics initiatives as a Senior Project Manager, driving delivery across cloud platforms, agile teams, and client stakeholders while ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project lifecycle for data and analytics solutions, from scoping and presales presentations to delivery and post‑implementation support.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including data engineers, architects, and business analysts—using Agile and Scrum practices to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reports, ensuring transparent communication with senior leadership and external clients.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data architecture, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and executive briefings to align project outcomes with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex data or analytics projects, preferably in a consulting or services environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile project management, with certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of cloud data services (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse) and modern data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and leading client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
