About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary site development and public works projects from concept through construction, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, performing variance analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and review civil design deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Mentor junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and contribute to proposal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 8+ years of experience managing site development or public works projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
