About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end TPM initiatives across third‑party manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Implement continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory) to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, FDA, and other relevant regulations, preparing documentation for audits.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance, with a focus on third‑party production.
- Proven track record in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma implementation.
- Strong project management skills, including PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
