Software Engineer
Lead project coordination for a data center build as the Owner’s Representative, managing submittals, change orders, design coordination, and commissioning while ensuring seamless collaboration with contractors and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily submittal and RFI workflows, ensuring timely approvals and documentation.
- Manage change orders, evaluating impact on schedule, cost, and scope.
- Coordinate design reviews with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts and maintain project integrity.
- Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation handover.
- Review payment applications and support accurate, on‑time vendor compensation.
- Participate in commissioning activities, verifying system performance against design specifications.
- Collaborate closely with full‑time operations staff to align construction activities with future operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of project engineering experience, preferably in data center or large‑scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of submittal/RFI processes, change order management, and design coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
