Senior Project Engineer, NPI Pumps Hybrid

As a Senior Project Engineer, NPI Pumps, you will lead projects from concept to delivery, utilizing technical expertise in software development and project management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile project management methodologies and be proficient in tools such as Python, Node.js, and AWS. Additionally, experience with machine learning and project management software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including project timelines and resource allocation
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
• Implement Agile project management methodologies
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management and software development
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Proficient in Python, Node.js, and AWS
• Experience with machine learning and project management software a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
