About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end PLM digital transformation projects, defining scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of system integrations and software enhancements.
- Develop and maintain PLM process architectures, aligning them with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze product data to identify automation opportunities, improve data quality, and support predictive analytics.
- Manage stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years of PLM or digital transformation experience.
- Proven expertise in Agile project management and systems engineering practices.
- Strong knowledge of PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter, ENOVIA) and cloud platforms for data integration.
- Experience with data analytics, scripting (Python or similar), and automation of PLM workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
